  • Stress incontinence after posterior urethroplasty for radiation-induced stricture (2018). Led a review in which de novo stress incontinence followed excision and primary anastomosis in 33% of 36 men with radiation-induced strictures and an intact bladder neck, against 12% of 33 men with pelvic fracture urethral injury; prostatic urethral involvement increased the risk.5 Cited on WARWIKI: Posterior Urethral Stenosis.
  • Early endoscopic realignment after pelvic fracture urethral injury (2018). Led an updated Level 1 trauma center series of 32 men in which early realignment failed in 91% by intention to treat, while excision and primary anastomosis succeeded in 96% of 24 men.6 Cited on WARWIKI: Primary Endoscopic Realignment (PER).
  • Dorsal plication without degloving (2014). Led a review of 118 men treated through a 2 cm shaft incision without degloving; dorsal, ventral and lateral plication gave similar correction and satisfaction, with mean length loss of 0.3–0.8 cm.7 Cited on WARWIKI: Tunica Plication.
