Chris Maher
Biography
Christopher F. Maher is a professor at the University of Queensland and a urogynecologist at the Wesley and Mater hospitals in Brisbane.1 He earned his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1987.2 He has chaired the International Urogynecological Association's scientific committee and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' urogynecology committee.1

His cited work centers on surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, including Cochrane reviews of apical and anterior compartment procedures and studies of vault and posterior vaginal wall repair.
