Turner-Warwick Longitudinal Ventral Penile Flap
The Turner-Warwick flap employs a longitudinal strip of ventral penile shaft skin with a ventral subcutaneous pedicle to augment the urethral lumen as an onlay graft. This axially based fasciocutaneous flap has durable vascularity and can be transposed to reach both penile and proximal urethral segments. The technique was foundational in the development of flap-based urethral reconstruction.
