Y-V Glans Flap
The Y-V glansplasty uses local glans flaps configured in a Y-to-V pattern to advance healthy glans epithelium distally and widen the meatal opening without the need for a graft. The technique is straightforward, preserves native tissue, and is effective for mild to moderate meatal stenosis without significant periurethral scarring. It is commonly employed for congenital or acquired meatal stenosis in patients with otherwise healthy glans tissue.
