Vaginal Paravaginal Repair

Reattachment of the lateral vaginal wall to the arcus tendineus fascia pelvis (ATFP) via a vaginal approach to correct paravaginal defect cystocele. Targets the lateral sulcus detachment that allows the bladder to prolapse into the vagina, as distinct from central defect cystocele.
